Where should you meet your driver at Paine Field?

Follow the meeting instructions supplied with your reservation. Paine Field’s official pickup guidance says vehicles may stop briefly at the curb for pickups and drop-offs and must not be left unattended there. Pickup arrangements can vary by vehicle and service, so follow the meeting location and instructions confirmed for your reservation. Collect your luggage and let your driver know when your party is ready.

What public transit serves Paine Field?

The airport’s ground transportation page lists Everett Transit Route 8 and Community Transit Route 907 at the passenger terminal. The Swift Green Line serves 100th Street Station, a 6- to 10-minute walk from the terminal according to Community Transit. Route 907 has limited weekday service between Stanwood and Paine Field. How do I arrange wheelchair assistance at Paine Field?

Airport waiting time and cancellation terms

Seaview Limo tracks arriving flights and does not charge for airline delays before landing. Domestic and international flight arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the actual landing time. Additional waiting after the included hour may be subject to charges. Complimentary cancellation is available at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup for Sedan and SUV reservations, and at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for Sprinter reservations.
