- Agreement to Terms of Use
By accessing or using the Seaview Limo website, you are required to agree and abide by our Terms and Conditions listed as follows. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
- Ownership and Use of Content
All information and visuals you see on the Seaview Limo website- like text, images, logos, and designs- belong to us and are protected by copyright laws. Hence, you are not allowed to use, reproduce, share, or distribute any content without prior written permission from Seaview Limo.
- Booking and Cancellation
Reservations made through our website are subject to confirmation by Seaview Limo. Complimentary cancellation is available at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup for Sedan and SUV reservations, and at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for Sprinter reservations. For other reservation types, refer to the cancellation policy provided with your booking.
- Flight Changes and Baggage
If there are changes in your flight schedule, you are required to notify us at least 12 hours before your pick-up time. Airline arrival delays are an exception: Seaview Limo tracks arriving flights, and there is no charge for an airline delay before the flight lands. Contact our team as soon as possible if you change your flight or travel plans. Please note, that we’re not responsible for the loss or damage of your bags.
- Grace Periods
Airport arrivals include 60 complimentary minutes after the flight’s actual landing time for both domestic and international flights. Chargeable waiting time begins one hour after actual landing; additional waiting may be subject to additional charges. For cruise ship pier pickups, confirm the applicable waiting allowance and charges with our team.
- Cleanliness and Safety
At Seaview Limo, we prioritize your safety. Our Limousine fleet is regularly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected, and our drivers adhere to strict COVID-19 safety precautions.
- Pets Policy
We only allow service animals to enter our vehicles. You are required to inform our booking agent well in advance if you will be traveling with a service animal.
- Governing Law
The enlisted Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes, disagreements, or conflicts will be resolved through arbitration in Seattle, Washington
- Modifications
Seaview Limo reserves the authority to modify or update the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
