Service Agreement

Airport Arrivals: It is important that the airline and flight information given to us is correct for us to track your flights. Make sure we have the correct mobile number to connect with you as well. We will monitor all flights. If you change planes in the course of travel, please contact us immediately at 1-888-743-8390.

For curbside pick-ups: Please have your mobile phone turned on after landing and look for a text or call from your chauffeur. Please gather your luggage and then contact your chauffeur in order to be directed to the pick-up location. Our chauffeurs wait for 30 minutes from the time your plane arrival.

 

For meet and greet pick-ups: Your chauffeur will meet you at baggage claim for domestic flights or just outside baggage claim (arrivals hall) for international travelers. Please look for a chauffeur holding a sign displaying the passenger name. Your chauffeur will wait for 60 minutes from your plane arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy: For any reservations that has been booked, the charge is 30% cancellation fee. For bookings cancelled within 24 hours of service, the full price of the trip is chargeable. For buses and stretch limousines, the cut-off time is 7 days prior of travel time. Please make sure to be responsible about this policy as we manage our capacity effectively to service all our clients. 

Standard Policy: All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Sanitation fee is $250. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in our limousines. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. This estimated flat rate is based on predetermined pickup and drop off locations selected at time of booking. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
